Registration for Authors

Authors have received their paper acceptance emails before/on notification date. Closing of early and standard registrations are 23:59:00 GMT+8.

How to Register

Registration can be submitted by completing the registration form. Registration must be completed and payment received by August 10 to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table below.

 Following rules must be applied: 

  1. Registrations without payment are not valid.
  2. At least one author MUST register paying authors’ registration fee in order for their paper to be considered for presentation and included in the conference proceedings. 
  3. Author registration includes the presentation of one paper. 
  4. Additional (up to 2) presentations by the same author imply an extra cost per paper/presentation. The special reduce fee for authors is applicable only once per accepted submission.
  5. Student fee for an author is applicable, if the paper was solely written by students not older than 30 years. A confirmation about the student status and the age of all authors from the university is necessary.  A student ID card is necessary.

Method of Payment

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) via payment link
  • Wire payment (please contact the conference secretary to get bank information)

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. 
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Accommodation

The accommodation fee is not included in the registration fee. You are suggested to make the room reservation as early as you can.

Property Safety

For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!
